+ when I was walking away from the rental office I noticed that some customer return a car and was blamed that she was damaged their car , the lady at the office was yelling at the poor innocent lady like it was her mother's business .
I had to spend my whole day waiting on them to bring a car to their location from Napa for a pick up .
I just had a bad feeling waiting so I called them up for following up , to make sure that the car will be ready at the time that was promised , guess what ???
Lady saying "sorry WE DO-NOT have a car for you today "
I didn't know if to laugh or cry so I simply hung up the phone .
Also they taking an advantage that they the only one in St Helena
So do yourself a favor catch a bus for Napa
There are plenty of companies to rent from .
By the way if you do decide to take a chance take as many photos and videos as possible
